Established in 2010

In 2010 our directors knew they wanted to develop their own business. Scott had been working as a Building Supervisor for another company and wanted to branch out to a more hands on approach with building. Both our directors knew they wanted a business where honesty and integrity were the main values of the business.

Thus Veracity Building Maintenance was born. The word Veracity means honesty and truth. Even our logo has the Welsh symbol for truth included in it. Scott continued his role as a contractor Supervisor and began taking on small renovations, maintenance and make safes.

In March 2016 Scott became a fully qualified Builder. The Business officially became a Company, the name changed to Veracity Services PTY LTD and increased to Building, Restoration and Maintenance.
 
Since then we had added more equipment, clients and staff in order to meet the ever-growing need and demand for our services.

Veracity services offers Insurance related building inspections, repairs, emergency assistance, restoration and mitigation services. Our company is lead by a qualified, registered builder and our technicians are IICRC trained and experienced. We are ready to respond 24 hours a day

Scott Anderson
Director, Registered Builder

Scott is passionate about providing quality work. He has a very high standard of workmanship and values the highest level of service for our clients and customers.

In his free time Scott enjoys wake-boarding, spending time with his family and working on cars.

Kaleesha White
Restoration and Make Safe Lead Technician

Kaleesha is our happy go lucky team member who is a qualified IICRC technician. Working and leading all on types of jobs she is eager and keen to assist wherever required.

Kaleesha works with our restoration teams, Make Safe, Decontamination and repairs.

Kaleesha enjoys cruising around on her skateboard and 'hulking out' on the work volleyball team.

Louise Olman
Project Administrator

Louise runs our project department. Her focus is on ensuring that all repair jobs are completed in a timely and high quality manner.

Louise has a Bachelors in Applied science (Architecture)

​In her free time Louise enjoys war hammer and video gaming. 

Joel White
General hand / Technician Assistant

Joel works with our Restoration, Make Safe and repair teams.

Joel can easily turn his hand to a variety of job types and is handy on all sorts of our varied make safe jobs.

He is kind and caring. He is keen to help on all types of jobs. Joel likes to make sure all jobs are left neat and completed correctly.

In his free time Joel likes to cook and clean up after his housemates and hang out with his mates.

Rhiannon Johnson
Administration Assistant

Rhiannon works in the office to take on all the overflow work.

Rhiannon assists the reporting, accounting, marketing, administration and repairs teams.

Rhiannon also runs her own nail salon business where she is highly successful and beloved by her clients. In her spare time Rhiannon loves to spend time with her son and chill out with family.

Samara Anderson
Director, Office Manager

Samara is passionate about all things Business. She enjoys keeping the business up to date and running smoothly. She endeavors to have Veracity Services PTY LTD number one in its industry.

In her free time Samara likes a cruise on the electric skateboard or motorbike, anything to do with the beach and family holidays.

Mal Gamble
Technician / Tarp It Storeman

Mal is a very dedicated hard worker. He will bend over backwards to do his best and provide quality customer service.

Mal looks after the carefully cleaning preservation and care of our hire equipment especially the Tarpaulins and deliveries.

Mal never has free time, but when he does his favorite thing to do is pamper his wife.

Dee Snell
Assistant Office manager / Restoration Administrator

Dee works within our Restoration, Make safe and Site reports department.

Scheduling our technicians and completing reports. Dee has many years liaising with customers and clients.

Dee enjoys walking, being in nature, spending time with family and friends and watching Dockers (When they win).

Harlie Anderson
Cleaner/ Office assistant

Harlie ensures our offices and warehouse areas are clean and easy to use. While she often works quietly in the background we could not be as effective and efficient as we are without her.

Harlie is still studying and on the side runs her own Lavender products business.

​In her free time Harlie enjoys drawing, being with friends, water sports / activities and snorkeling.

Elijah Margraf
General hand / Technician Assistant

Elijah is a honest and hardworking, friendly member of our team.

He is passionate about helping others and providing authentic quality service.

Elijah assists our team with all types of Make safe and mitigation works.

In his spare time Elijah enjoys playing chess, Dungeons and Dragons, socialising, exercising, and learning songs on the piano occasionally.

Krystina Hay

Krystina likes to be precise in all areas of financial aspects of Veracity Services PTY LTD.
She enjoys talking with customers and clients.

In her free time Krystina is an exceptional artist and has commissioned many paintings. She also enjoys spending time with her family.

Terry Brooks
Restoration Technician

Terry is one of our dependable Restoration technicians. Terry is a avid Collingwood supporter - but we don't hold that against him - too much..

In his spare time Terry loves to fish and camp and hike.

Generally an outdoors sort of guy, but always up for a yarn about the good old days and all the interesting things he has done in his life.

Jaymie Smith
Restoration Technician and Make safe

Jaymie is training to become a fully qualified restoration Technician and can already complete multiple works in the mitigation and Make safe sector.

Jaymie loves the variety of different jobs she gets to do here at Veracity.

In her spare time Jaymie loves to play baskets ball, catch up with friends over a few pints and watching stand up comedians.

Corban Anderson
General Hand

Corban is a general assistant who lends a hand to our lead technicians.

Corban is an avid footballer playing for Kardinya Suns JFC. He enjoys playing most sports.
